PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain setting of a voice output mode, namely whether voice is outputted from a TV internal speaker or from an outside speaker connected to an AV amplifier by a simple control program by incorporating operations of devices in a voice output system where a TV, an AV amplifier, a DVD player, and the like are combined. SOLUTION: A controller 403 of a DVD player 400 transmits a request signal concerning a voice output mode to a controller 105 of a TV 100. According to a request of the DVD player 400, the controller 105 of the TV 100 instructs a controller 203 of an AV amplifier 200 to make a state where voice is outputted from an outside speaker 300 connected to the AV amplifier 200 or make the outside speaker 300 a noise reduction state, and sets a state of an internal speaker 110 of the TV 100 a state opposite to the outside speaker.
