PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeat signals formed by a plurality of channels while suppressing an increase in circuit scale. SOLUTION: A channel input 48 sets at least two channels to be extracted. A characteristic calculator 50 and a characteristic synthesizer 52 generate frequency characteristics for extracting at least two set channels. A digital input/output filter 42 extracts at least two channels from the received signal, based on the generated frequency characteristics. An electric field intensity measuring section 58 measures the intensity of each of the at least two channels. In generating the frequency characteristics for extracting at least two channels, the characteristic calculator 50 decreases the gain for the channel having a high measured value, and increases the gain for the channel having a low measured value.
