PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit merits of adaptive control even if iteration frequency is limited, relating to an adaptive array antenna device. SOLUTION: An adaptive array antenna device 20 comprises an array antenna 11 provided with a plurality of antenna elements. It weights the reception signals by a weighting factor that are received with the antenna elements, and then synthesizes them for outputting as synthetic signals. An adaptive control part 21 uses LMS as an adaptive algorithm when calculating a weighting factor. A step size control part 22 changes step size for adjusting a weighting factor updating rate of LMS according to iteration frequency, for changing adaptive control of the adaptive control part 21.
