PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum container with superior hermeticity, and an electron emission display including it, compensating contraction or expansion generated by a difference of coefficients of thermal expansion of a plurality of glass frames. SOLUTION: The disclosed electron emission display is comprised by including a first substrate and a second substrate arranged facing each other, an electron emission unit provided on the first substrate, a light emitting unit provided on the second substrate, the plurality of frames arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate to form a vacuum internal space, and cushioning members formed between the frames and forming the vacuum internal space along with the frames.
