PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment unit in a toilet providing favorable ease of use in a toilet space in which equipment in the toilet composed of an electric water heating device, a hand dryer, and a plurality of other electric apparatus is installed. SOLUTION: This equipment unit in the toilet has two hand wash basins or wash basins 1 arranged on a wall face of the toilet and a storage part 9 arranged between the hand wash basin and the wash basin 1 while protruding from the wall face. The storage part 9 incorporates a water heating device for supplying hot water to two hand wash basins or wash basins 1 to supply hot water to each of two hand wash basins or wash basins through a hot water pipe from left and right side faces of the storage part 9. An upper face of the storage part 9 is positioned above an overflowing face of the hand wash basin and becomes a storeroom part. The hand dryer 3 is provided on a front face of the storage part 9.
