PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor mechanism without impairing the inside of a door when an indoor side cover of the anchor mechanism is taken off. SOLUTION: An anchor plate 7 consisting of a long and narrow plate material is formed in a stepped shape so that both side end edges can maitain gaps between the inside of the door and them, and on the other hand, a thread hiding 9 is molded in a flat boat shape, an interlocking claw engaged with each side end edge of the anchor plate is formed in the recess section side opposed to the anchor plate 7 and, at the same time, a notch 12 is formed in the lower end thereof, and when the thread hiding is put on the anchor plate so as to cover the anchor plate, the shape is set so that the lower end of the anchor plate 7 can reach the notch 12 of the thread hiding.
