PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking-unlocking mechanism for a hinged door obtaining an aesthetic appearance having no projecting article such as a handle for a locking-unlocking operation on the outside of the hinged door under a closed state while being capable of easily locking and unlocking the hinged door from the outside. SOLUTION: A small hole 14 used for operating a key and faced to the outside is formed to the hinged door D, and a lock controller R is mounted inside the place of the small hole. A joint bar inserted into a cylinder for a cylinder lock 15 and integrally rotated with a plug and an adjusting collar 40 inserting the front end section of the joint bar at its central hole and being superposed and connected to an end face on the reverse side to the end face with a key hole 16 for the cylinder 26 are fitted to the lock controller. A plurality of pairs of the joint bars and the adjusting collars are mounted while the lengths of the bars and the thicknesses of the collars are made to differ in response to the differences of the door thicknesses of the hinged doors, the adjusting collars and the joint bars corresponding to the adjusting collars are recombined in conformity with the differences of the door thicknesses of the hinged doors when the hinged doors are opened and the cylinder length of the cylinder lock can be adjusted.
