PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure of a building, which can bring about a sufficient vibration control effect irrespective of the size of a gap made between the skeleton and exterior wall panel of the building. SOLUTION: In this vibration control structure of the building, a first exterior-wall panel (exterior-wall panel) 7 is connected to a floor beam 11, a ceiling beam 12, a stud 13 and the like, which are constructed as the skeleton of a house (building) 1, via a vibration control member (vibration control means) 20. In the vibration control member 20, a mounting part 21a at one end is fixed to an inside with respect to an outside surface 13a of the stud 13, and a metallic plate part 23 at the other end is protruded to an outside with respect to an outside surface 13a of the stud 13.
