PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that on mounting an illuminating body or photographic equipment at the exterior of a helmet body, a protruded part limits the activity of a helmet wearer, or by careless movement of the helmet wearer, the protruded part hits an object to damage the object or even the helmet wearer is also harmed. SOLUTION: This helmet provided by constituting at least a part of the helmet body with a transparent body, making at least a part of the transparent body as an optical element and shading light other than the part of the helmet body corresponding to the optical element is suitable for arranging the equipment mounted at the exterior in the space at the inside of the helmet.
