PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition for treating a keratin substance, having pearly lustrous appearance, and at the same time, a desired beautiful appearance and cosmetic characteristics. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains at least one anionic surfactant, at least one liquid ester of a 4-6C carboxylic acid and 12-26C alcohol, at least one cyclodextrin or its derivatives and at least one acrylic thickening polymer in an aqueous medium allowable as the cosmetic.
