PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a racing time counting system capable of appropriately counting a racing time of each player while suppressing the generation of collision. SOLUTION: A wireless tag 50 detects a time-counting point based on increase/decrease of the strength of an electromagnetic field generated on a loop antenna 20 and specifies a racing time. The wireless tag 50 selects a channel to be used according to the racing time, determines a busy state in the selected channel and appropriately waits till the wireless communication becomes possible. When the wireless communication becomes possible, the wireless tag 50, for example, appropriately staggers the transmission timings of a first time from the second time or more and transmits the racing times or the like to a receiver 30. On the other hand, the receiver 30 receives at least a single racing time or the like for every wireless tag 50 out of the racing times or the like transmitted a plurality of times from the respective wireless tags 50 for every channel.
