PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad which is valid even in the case of a narrow interval for reducing any damage to an organic semiconductor, and for achieving its satisfactory connection to an external control circuit. SOLUTION: This electric circuit for a semiconductor device is provided with a first metallic wiring group, and a second metallic wiring group arranged through an insulating film having an opening with the first metallic wiring group; electrically connected at the opening position to each first metallic wiring; and electrically connected to an external electric circuit. The connection region to be electrically connected to the external electric circuit of the second metallic wiring is made narrower in width than its connection region with the first metallic wiring.
