<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device preventing turbulent flow of air at an inflow duct, uniformly and effectively cooling batteries in a case by making the air flow uniformly and smoothly into a plurality of inflow openings, and reducing a noise level caused by the air flow. <P>SOLUTION: The power source device is provided with the battery case 2 housing a plurality of batteries 1, an inflow duct 13 supplying air to inflow openings 8, and a blowing fan 19 compulsively blowing the air toward the battery case 2 from the inflow duct 13 through the inflow openings 8. The plurality of inflow openings 8 are opened on the battery case 2 separated from each other in an air-flow direction of the inflow duct 13, and the air from the inflow duct 13 is branched to flow into the battery case 2 from the inflow openings 8. Further, an air chamber 17 protruding from a wall face of the battery case 2 at an end part of the inflow duct 13 is arranged at the power source device, and the batteries 1 are cooled by making the air from the inflow duct 13 flow into the battery case 2 while preventing turbulent flow of the air at the air chamber 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
