<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain health food capable of giving a human body comprehensive and higher health care effect which cannot be obtained by conventional health food derived from a milk fermented product, and to provide a herb-containing composition improved in taste of herb and easy to ingest. <P>SOLUTION: The health food is obtained by including in a milk fermented product, at least one kind of herb comprising at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of evening primrose, Perilla frutescens, purple coneflower(Echinacea), Western Saint-John's wort, St.Mary's thistle, gingko leaf and chamomile. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
