<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information of digital contents to be sold exclusively to a user who visited so that the user can conveniently purchase the digital contents using a terminal owned by the user. <P>SOLUTION: In various service facilities in a store for commodity sales or various service facilities for leisure activities, information related to a user is read from a noncontact information medium owned by the user, and the read information is transmitted to a member reception server 41 that is a management terminal of a service agent. The member reception server 41 assigns, upon receipt of the information read from the noncontact storage medium, a right for purchasing digital contents to be specially sold by the read store or the like to the user.
