<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a human-derived CD70-positive dendritic cell having effects for treating cancers, malignant tumors, leukemia, ntractable infectious diseases and the like, to provide the human-derived CD70-positive dendritic cell, and to provide a medicine composition containing the human-derived CD70-positive dendritic cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the human-derived CD70-positive dendritic cell having effects for treating cancers and the like comprises culturing the human dendritic cell or its precursor together with a cell ingredient (lipopolysaccharide), GM-CSF, IL-4, TNF or the like added thereto in vivo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
