<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trailing of a fluid-like material which often occurs in a spout unit of a storing member filled with the fluid-like material. <P>SOLUTION: This spout unit comprises a cylinder body 4 connected to a storing unit for use in the flowing fluid-like material (a) in the storing unit and a check valve 5 made of a resilient thin plate arranged in the cylinder body, wherein a fluid-like material storing chamber 4c for storing a fluid-like substance (b) drawn back from the extremity end of the cylinder body when the resilient thin plate is returned from an open position to a closed position is arranged at the tip of the cylinder body like a tapered shape. The fluid-like material flowed into the cylinder body by the depression of the storing unit passes while the resilient thin plate of the check valve is pushed and retracted, and flows out of the tapered tip of the fluid-like material storing chamber. When the depressing of the storing unit is stopped, the resilient thin plate of the check valve returns back to its original shape and the flowing-out of the fluid-like material is stopped and surrounding air is prevented from being entered into the storing unit so as to prevent a stored content from being oxidized and absorbing moisture or the like. In addition, when the resilient thin plate of the check valve returns from the open position to the closed position, the fluid-like material adhered to the tip of the cylinder body is returned back into the cylinder unit and the returned fluid-like material is stored in the tapered fluid-like material storing chamber to prevent the trailing of the fluid-like material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
