<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer that prevents a highlight scene from being overlooked and enhances the operability of other applications operated at the same time as a TV view application on a window. <P>SOLUTION: An audio level detection section 208 includes a function of detecting the highlight scene. When the audio level detection section 208 detects the highlight scene, the audio level detection section 208 outputs a result of the detection to a controller 209. The controller 209 in cooperation with an OS 15a displays a TV view window on the forefront side.
