<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection structure capable of easily connecting a pipe member having a rib to the other pipe member without increasing construction cost and requiring a great force for inserting the pipe member into the other pipe member, and to provide a connection member and a pipe connection method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The elastically deformable connection member 27 has an annular fitting portion 28 which is fitted to the end 21a of a joint body 21 of an inner sub pipe joint 14 through its outside, and an annular flange 29 which extends from the end 28a of the fitting portion inward in the radial direction of the inner sub pipe joint 14 which engages with the rib 17 of the pipe member to prevent the fall-off of the pipe member 12, and whose end 29a abuts on the outer peripheral face 12b of the pipe member 12 to cut off water between the pipe member and the inner sub pipe joint 14.
