<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having excellent surface characteristics and an improved absorption performance. <P>SOLUTION: A panty liner comprises a liquid permeable top sheet 10 arranged on the side of the skin of a wearer, a liquid impermeable back sheet 20 arranged on the side of clothes, and an absorbent 30 interposed between the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20.
