摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a consumer to easily purchase merchandise owned by the other, and to enable a producer/seller to efficiently advertise the merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: A merchandise code and promotor ID stored in an IC chip 204 incorporated in a merchandise(bag) 203 are acquired by using a mobile phone 202 (1). The acquired merchandise code is transmitted to a server 201 (2). The server 201 acquires the merchandise code transmitted from the mobile phone 202 (3). The merchandise information is stocked in the favorites list of the mobile phone 202 (4). The promotor ID of a promotor 101 as the fetching origin of the merchandise code of the merchandise 203 is transmitted to the server 201 (5). The server 201 searches an owner(Mr.A) from the promotor ID transmitted by the Mr.B 102 (6). The merchandise 203 is delivered to an orderer (Mr.B 102) (7).
