<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of controlling a fuel supply speed with a simple structure, in a vaporization supply type fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel supply part 40 for supplying methanol gas to a fuel electrode 23 is composed of a fuel storage part 42 filled with a methanol aqueous solution, a first control plate 48, a liquid fuel vaporization film 49 for vaporizing methanol in the methanol aqueous solution to convert it to methanol gas, a second control plate 50, and the like.
