<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus where an amount of electrons which can be stored in floating diffusion. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus is provided with: a vertical signal line VSL; a photodiode 22 for photo-electrically converting incident light and storing it; a unit pixel 21 provided with an amplifying transistor Tr1 for amplifying an input signal from the photodiode and outputting it to the vertical signal line and a reset transistor Tr3 for resetting the potential of a control electrode of the amplifying transistor; and a control circuit 31 constituted so as to keep the potential state of the vertical signal like while the reset transistor is driven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
