<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube for bundling small-diameter cables, which is prevented from coming off due to strong wind and from being damaged by flying objects, and to provide a method for passing the small-diameter cables through the guide tube. <P>SOLUTION: The guide tube 10 for multiplying and bundling the small-diameter cables comprises: a messenger 11 which has a hole for passing a messenger wire therethrough and supports a hollow guide tube 12, and the pipe-like hollow guide tube 12 which holds a plurality of small-diameter cables therein.
