PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillation element which can give a sufficient oscillation output and can change readily its oscillation frequency. SOLUTION: The high-frequency oscillation element includes a magnetization fixed layer whose magnetization orientation is fixed substantially to one orientation, a magnetic oscillation layer which generates an oscillation phenomenon by applying an electric current, an interlayer which is provided between the magnetization fixed layer and the magnetic oscillation layer and has an insulating layer and a current path penetrating the insulating layer in a film-width direction, and a couple of electrodes for applying an electric current perpendicularly to film surfaces of stacked films containing the magnetization fixed layer, the interlayer and the magnetic oscillation layer.
