PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation sheet which can be manufactured with UV light of low power output with less colored. SOLUTION: The optical compensation sheet has an optical anisotropic layer comprising a liquid crystalline compound which is fixed on a transparent support by using a photopolymerization initiator system, wherein the photopolymerization initiator system comprises at least one acylphosphine compound and at least one aromatic ketone compound selected from xanthene compound, xantone compound, thioxantone compound and acridone compound.
