PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture a capacitor element having excellent performance by solving the problem that wrinkles are formed due to variation of a winding state to deteriorate capacitor characteristics, with respect to a metallized film capacitor to be used for a hybrid car, etc. SOLUTION: This apparatus has first and second supply units for sending films, and a winding unit for paring two sheets of films to be sent from the supply units so that the films in pair are overlapped. The apparatus is also provided with two rollers for guiding the films to be sent from the supply units. Since the apparatus moves so as to follow the gradually decreasing residual amount of films, and to maintain a film winding state constant; even a thin film can be prevented from being wrinkled, and a capacitor element can be manufactured with stable performance.
