PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided metal foil lamination plate having a small rate of dimension change when processing and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The double-sided metal foil lamination plate having metal foils on both sides of a polyimide layer comprises at least two layers of the polyimide layer, wherein the average coefficient of linear expansion at 30-250°C of the each layer is not less than 10×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/°C) and not greater than 25×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/°C).
