COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING CATION, SOLID FATTY SUBSTANCE AND SORBITAN ESTER, AND METHOD OF COSMETIC TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having very good cosmetic characteristics for especially very sensitized hair since the conventional conditioning cosmetic compositions are not completely satisfactory. SOLUTION: This new cosmetic composition contains at least one cationic surfactant, at least one ester of an oxy-ethylenated sorbitan with an 8-30C saturated or unsaturated, straight chain-formed or branched fatty acid and having≤20 molar number of ethylene oxide units, and at least one non-silicone solid fatty substance in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium. Here, the weight ratio of the oxy-ethylenated sorbitan ester/the non-silicone fatty material is 0.2-50 range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
