PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that can secure wide variations in outputs, after utilizing a single-shaft drive device as a power source. SOLUTION: An actuator is comprised to have a shaft 112 made of a magnet, a coil assembly 113 wound so as to have a through-hole 113A that allows the shaft 112 to penetrate, and through which electric current flows at a predetermined timing, a carrier assembly 114 that is connected and fixed to the coil assembly 113 and extracts a driving force of the coil assembly 113, a ball 115 movable integrally with the carrier assembly 114, and an output shaft 150 that is provided with a guide groove 152 for guiding the movement of the ball 115 and is rotated by a driving force, receiving via the guide groove 152 from the ball 115.
