PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a number of an area code or the like to an input telephone number without requiring complicated operation to a user in a telephone set or mobile phone for communicating with an opposite side via a base station. SOLUTION: When a user instructs addition of an additional number by operating an operation input section 7 in the state of displaying a telephone number on a display section 6, a main control section 2 controls a data storage section 8 to read out the additional number registered beforehand and controls the display section 6 to add and display the additional number in the head of the telephone number displayed already. When the user instructs dial call origination by operating the operation input section 7 in such a display state, the main control section 2 controls the data storage section 8 to generate a prescribed signal based on the telephone number displayed on the display section 6, and the dial call origination is performed by transmitting the signal to the base station using a speech channel set up by communication protocol control.
