PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device, method and utility to convert images to a format supported by a device management tool. SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a computer readable code stored in a computer readable medium comprises, in response to receiving an image request from a device management tool 202: (1) a code 102 to retrieve an image from a device that is a target of the image request, the image illustrating at least a portion of the device; (2) a code 104 to convert the image to a format supported by the device management tool 202; and (3) a code 106 to return the converted image to the device management tool 202.
