摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station 10 for reducing a difference in throughput for respective terminals while improving throughput for an entire system being a sum of throughput for all terminals. SOLUTION: The wireless base station 10 performs wireless communication with respective terminals 1 and 2 by allocating one or more communication channels. The wireless base station 10 comprises: an interference channel grasping means; and a communication channel allocation means. The interference channel grasping means chooses a communication channel in a worst communication state based on the communication state of the respective communication channel allocated to the terminals 1 and 2, and chooses one or more communication channels which interfere with the communication channels or vice versa. The communication channel allocation means allocates a communication channel allocated to a terminal in a best communication state among the communication channels chosen by the interference channel grasping means to a terminal which newly performs communication with the wireless base station 10 in the terminals to which interfering communication channels are allocated.
