PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact terminal device in which, when the device is incorporated therein, the problem doesn't occur that an antenna position is limited due to an interference with other metallic parts or the like, thereby the device can receive efficiently circularly-polarized waves. SOLUTION: There is provided the terminal device 10 for receiving the circularly-polarized waves. The terminal device 10 includes a plurality of antennas whose directivities are different from each other, an analogue-to-digital conversion means 44A for converting analogue signals received by each antenna, an amplitude regulation means for matching an amplitude of each digital signal with one another, a phase regulation means for matching a phase of each digital signal with one another, and a signal synthesizing means 52 for synthesizing all the digital signals whose amplitudes and phases have been matched with one another by the amplitude regulation means and the phase regulation means.
