PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board capable of easily preventing pattern short-circuits among pads by a conductive corrosive component such as rust. SOLUTION: The wiring board has a plurality of the conductive pads 3a formed on dielectric layers 2, and solder resist layers SR coating the dielectric layers 2 in a shape exposing these conductive pads 3a. The wiring board further has corrosive-component connection preventive sections P1 preventing the mutual connection of both conductive pads 3a by the conductive corrosive components R flowing out from the conductive pads 3a, in regions interposed among the mutual adjacent pads of the conductive pads 3a.
