PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet comprehending its own power supplying state, preventing erroneous operation by a display. SOLUTION: A problem is solved by making the outlet comprehend and display the name and rated power consumption of an electric apparatus receiving power from the outlet by itself. Further, for example, on the outlet having two openings for insertion, in case an electric apparatus with power consumption exceeding total rated power of the outlet is connected, the outlet judges above situation by itself and prevents dangerous usage by issuing a display of warning or warning sound to a user.
