SOLUTION: Since a longitudinal end edge 29a of a negative electrode 29 formed on a luminescent layer 28b is arranged on the longitudinal center part side relative to a longitudinal end edge 26a of an in-barrier region 26, that is to say, the negative electrode 29 is prevented from being superposed on the vicinity of the longitudinal end edge 26a of the in-barrier region 26 low in wettability, the negative electrode 29 is prevented from contacting a hole injection layer 28a.
