PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device having a wide viewing angle characteristics and manufacture margin, and to provide electronic equipment provided with the same. SOLUTION: An organic EL light emitting device 10 comprises a plurality of light emitting elements L where a reflection layer 3 that reflects light, positive electrodes 5c, 5d, and 5f having light transmission property, a function layer K containing an organic light emitting layer 7, and a negative electrode 9 that reflects light and is arranged to counter the positive electrodes 5c, 5d, and 5f, are sequentially laminated on an element substrate 1, with an optical resonator constituted between the reflection layer 3 and the negative electrode 9.
