PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which cracks and crystallization of a photosensitive layer do not occur frequently due to adhesion of finger oil thereto. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a single layer type or multilayer type photosensitive layer containing a hole transport agent and a binder resin on a conductive substrate, wherein a first polycarbonate resin and a second polycarbonate resin having mutually different molecular structures are contained as the binder resin, and the photosensitive layer contains a triphenylamine compound represented by formula (1) as an additive.
