PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast pad not absorbing water even when coming in contact with water, always light in weight, and also stably exerting bust-correcting function or bust-keeping function. SOLUTION: The breast pad 1a is fit to each of the breast parts of a ladies' garment, and has the following structure; a bowl-shaped base material 2 corresponding to the shape of the breast part is made of expanded polystyrene, and fabric material 4 is bonded to at least one surface of the expanded polystyrene. The expanded polystyrene as the base material comprises a lightweight raw material rich in waterproofness and water-repelling property and thereby does not absorb water even when coming in touch with water, is always light in weight and stably exerts bust-correcting function and/or bust-keeping function. Bondage of the fabric material on the surface of the pad results in improvement in processability in its production process, and enables prevention of displacement of the breast pad when used for the garment.
