PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a recovery diagram based on early recovery of operation disorder and convenience of passengers while grasping the number of the passengers staying at a station/platform due to influences of the disorder of the day, in operation arrangement business. SOLUTION: This operation arrangement supporting system accumulates in-out records of the passengers in an operation arrangement server 1100 by a ticket examination device, computes the number of the passengers at a current time and a change of the number of the passengers thereafter in accordance with the recovery diagram of a train on the basis of its data, simulates the number of the passengers at each station and a seat-loading ratio of the train and displays its result with the diagram on an operation arrangement terminal 1200 which a station commander uses.
