PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knockdown counter having easy assembling property and easy carrying property, easily, quickly and firmly assembled, and facilitating the disassembling by combining plate-shape leg parts and a counter part with foldable members and some other members via hinges. SOLUTION: This knockdown counter case comprises the plate-shaped leg parts foldably connected via hinges, a top board, when the plate-shaped leg parts are assembled into a planar U-shape, mounted on its upper end and fixing the plate-shaped leg parts into the U shape, a counter body with drawers to be mounted on the top board, case side glass parts and a case front glass part foldably erected on the both side edges and the front edge of the top board with hinges respectively, and a top board glass part mountable on the upper ends of the respective glass parts erected into the U shape.
