PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for heating foods capable of constantly cooking a food material at a stable temperature, retaining the temperature of the cuisine during eating in a hot state for a long period of time, and easily being washed. SOLUTION: The circumferential face and the lower face of a heat storage member 21 are covered with a saucer body 22 and an opening/closing member 24, and the upper face side of the heat storage member 21 is mounted with the plate 10 to minimize an area of the heat storage member 21 coming into contact with outside air, so that the lowering of the temperatures of the heat storage member 21 and the plate 10 heated by the heat storage member 21 is suppressed. This constitution allows a cooker to constantly perform the cooking of the food material ED at a stable temperature irrelevant to the individual difference in a time till mounting the food material FD on the plate 10 and the temperature state of the outside air.
