PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting performance of a first material, in a threshing apparatus loaded on a combine harvester and a harvester. SOLUTION: In a threshing apparatus in which a threshing cylinder is supported on a shaft in a threshing chamber and a material to be treated leaked down from a threshing net on the lower side of the threshing chamber is received by a swinging sorting shelf 38 and swinging and sorting are carried out while swinging and transporting the material to be treated, a winnower, a first spiral 46 and a second spiral 47 are installed in turn from the upper side of the sorting direction under the swinging sorting shelf 38 and first shelf tops 53 of the first spiral 46 are installed in a plurality of stages.
