<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance humidifying efficiency of reaction gas in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A humidifier 10 has a water permeable membrane 50 interposed between a first porous separator 52 and a second porous separator 54. First and second reaction passages 62a, 68a for adjacently passing air before reaction and offgas, and first and second humidified fluid passages 64a, 66a are dividedly formed through porous wall parts 65, 69 in the first and second porous separators 52, 54.
