<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the folding of an inner peripheral portion on the end face of a hose into a hose through the front end face of a nipple when inserting the nipple into the hose. <P>SOLUTION: The hose adapter 22 comprises the nipple 24 having a tapered portion 26 formed in a tapered shape whose outer diameter is gradually shrunk from the base end to the front end. An inclinationθof the tapered portion 26 to the hose 14 in an inserting direction (the direction of an arrowmark F) is set to be within a range of 10°to 20°. The front end face 50 of the nipple 24 is formed to be a curved face which is curved protruding from the inner periphery side to the outer periphery side. Its outer peripheral end is smoothly joined to to the front end of the tapered portion 26.
