PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reducing the validation of an electronic document time stamp auditor. SOLUTION: A validation section 33 of a time stamp information validation apparatus 3 acquires time stamp information and TST of an electronic document from an auditor terminal 2 via a reception section 31. A reading position designation section 301 judges a time stamp information reading position on the electronic document in accordance with an instruction of an auditor and inputs the read information to a reading section 302 or a date/time data candidate extraction section 303. From date/time data candidates and the TST read from a storage section 23, a differential time calculation section 304 calculates a differential. A validation result output creation section 305 creates a list of the electronic document, the TST and the differential time.
