PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the convenience for an operator who performs remote control. SOLUTION: In remote control of this embodiment, the operator instructs a moving direction based on one direction that is his/her direction without considering the directional property to a vehicle. In this case, the vehicle for the operator can be identified with a non-directional three-dimensional body. For example, the operator can move the vehicle to the right based on himself/herself only by constantly pressing a right button, or can move the vehicle to his/her direction (to this side) only by constantly pressing a button on this side (on the lower side of the remote control device), and the operator does not need to consider the relation between the vehicle and his/her direction.
