PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fluid analysis model generation program, a thermal fluid analysis model generation device and a thermal fluid analysis model generation method, capable of appropriately supporting a thermal fluid analysis further close to a real state. SOLUTION: The thermal fluid analysis model generation program making a computer generate a model using for thermal fluid analysis of a product includes a contact part detection procedure for detecting, based on design information of the product, a contact part between components of the product; a contact thermal resistance model generation procedure for generating a contact thermal resistance model in the detected contact part; and a parameter calculation procedure for calculating at least either of contact thermal resistance and heat conductivity in the contact thermal resistance model and storing the calculation result.
