PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible-light adjustment filter which exhibits a flat transmittance curve in the visible light region of a transparent substrate and further has antistatic effects. SOLUTION: The visible-light adjustment filter is provided with a member having an antistatic function, prepared such that the surface resistivity is 10<SP>11</SP>Ω/sq. or lower, visible light transmittance in the range of wavelength 380 to 800 nm is 3 to 95%, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of visible light transmittance, in the same range of wavelength by applying a liquid agent containing a binder resin and pigment onto a transparent substrate becomes less than 10%.
